VeoAPI provides AI-powered video generation services through integration with Google's Veo technology. Our service acts as an intermediary platform that facilitates access to Google's video generation models including Veo2 and Veo3.

IMPORTANT: All video generation and content processing is performed by Google LLC and their AI systems. VeoAPI acts solely as an API gateway and does not process, generate, or have control over the content of generated videos. Google LLC is responsible for: - All AI processing and video generation - Content moderation and filtering - Technical quality of generated videos - Compliance with applicable content policies VeoAPI expressly disclaims any responsibility for: - The content, quality, or nature of generated videos - Any offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content that may be generated - Technical issues or failures in Google's AI systems - Any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property violations in generated content

You are solely responsible for: - The prompts and inputs you provide to the service - Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations - Respecting intellectual property rights of others - Not attempting to generate illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content - Your use of generated videos and compliance with applicable licenses

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers including: - CryptoCloud for cryptocurrency payments - YooKassa for card payments (Russian users) - Stripe for international card payments All payment processing is handled by these third-party providers. VeoAPI does not store or process payment card information. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and may be limited due to the nature of AI generation costs.

Generated videos and their content are subject to Google's terms and conditions regarding AI-generated content. Users should review Google's policies regarding the use of AI-generated content. VeoAPI claims no ownership over generated videos but retains rights to the service platform and API.

VeoAPI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues with Google's underlying systems.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR where applicable.

You may not use our service to: - Generate content that violates applicable laws - Create deepfakes or misleading content involving real people without consent - Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights - Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems - Violate Google's content policies or terms of service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
